The Velveteen Rabbit
"When a child loves you for a long, long time, not just to play with, but really loves you, then you become Real." - Margery Williams
The Velveteen Rabbit is a heart-warming story about a very shy toy rabbit, who longs for nothing more than to become real.
He spends his days waiting patiently in the Child's playroom watching all the other toys being played with and dreaming of being picked up and loved. And then, one night, he is rediscovered and all his hopes start to come true…
Cat & Hutch use puppetry and original song to bring to life Margery Williams' classic tale of a toy rabbit's wish to become 'real' and shows how one child makes this happen through love, imagination and a bit of nursery magic.

Join us in this reimagining of Ruth Stiles Gannett's adventure story.
The Remarkable Rocket
"I am so clever that sometimes I don’t understand a single word of what I am saying" - Oscar Wilde
There's a lot of hustle and bustle at the palace as everyone prepares for the royal wedding.

The musicians are tuning up, the courtiers are getting the crowds ready and the king has been "entertaining" everyone with his rather interesting flute playing.

It's the biggest event of the year and everyone has been talking about it...even the fireworks! This is their moment to sparkle and shine and impress the crowds with their pyrotechnic acrobatics.

But there's one firework who believes this event is all about him...The Remarkable Rocket. And he'll tell anyone who'll listen about how remarkable he will be, for he loves to hear himself talk - it is one of his greatest pleasures.

But will he be able to perform on the night? Or will his sensitivity get the better of him?
'Twas The Night Before Christmas
"He had a broad face and a little round belly that shook when he laughed, like a bowl full of jelly." - Clement Clarke Moore

'Twas the night before Christmas and all through the house, not a creature was stirring not even a mouse...
But, outside, a fearsome wind was blowing!
And St Nick's sleigh was to-ing and fro-ing!
After the wind snaps the reins, and some of the reindeer fly away,
How will St Nick deliver the gifts for Christmas Day?
Luckily a couple of brave elves are on hand,
To jump into their Elf-Mobile and come up with a plan!
